Hi there! I have been a nanny for 4 years now. I have experience with all ages. I also have daycare experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well as BLS. I am furthering my education right now in Child development. I am very hands on and love watching kiddos learn and grow. I truly have a passion for kids. I am reliable, trust worthy, and a great communicator. I do an in home daycare in my home. I keep the numbers very small with only 6 kids max. I prefer to stick to ages around 6 weeks to 2 years so I am able to give them the attention they need. I do have another mom come in to help which gives us the ability to focus on and nurture everyone. In my home, I do not use baby bouncers, walkers etc. I do have 2 swings for soothing purposes, but I like to follow Montessori Philosophy's so I am very hands on and kiddos are able to hit developmental milestones and do age appropriate activities.
