My name is Bria Monroe and I am the director of Monroe's Family Childcare. I am a native to Pasadena, CA and currently reside in Arcadia. I graduated from John Muir high school and completed by Bachelors in Psychology at the University of California, Merced. During undergraduate I took courses on Child Development learning about the different domains of development and now apply those same skills in a therapeutic setting working as a Child Development Specialist. My work as a CDS is what gave me the interest to become a License Family Childcare provider. I work with exceptional babies form age 0-3 and their families. I've had a chance to build great rapport with many families and parents would express to me the overwhelming feelings they had about the process of transitioning their babies into daycare. Once seeing the demand for Childcare and the passion I have for children I decided to operate my own small family childcare.
