Had a standing appt every 2 weeks. They cancelled the day of the cleaning before Easter. We had lots of people coming and it was too late to get someone else so I got to clean the house at the last minute. We gave them another chance and they have been showing up. Now it is Memorial weekend and they are a no show. I will be cleaning again before our guests arrive. They always send a confirm but we didn't get one this week so I texted with no response twice. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
