Terrible service from management. Had to cancel ongoing service as manager didn't listen to our needs. Requested and made clear we wanted the same crew in each week, and that it was very important to us. Different crew arrived each week. We had sub par service the first time, had to get maids to re-clean areas, counters not wiped down, floors not washed. Next, new crew, was made aware of deficiencies and did a great job. Again, called and asked for the same crew to be scheduled, and if they couldn't come, to call and let me know so we could reschedule. Management made zero effort, completely different crew shows up, cleans and misses more than first crew... will never use again, do not recommend.
