Ester and Allyssa were very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. The Clubhouse looked and smelled clean after finishing up. Excellent job.

When I booked my appointment for a move out deep clean the lady at the front desk told me that I would be first on the list and they would arrive around 8:30 AM as the house is 7,000+ sq feet. 8:30 comes and nothing. Tried calling the office and they would not answer. 9:30AM I got a text saying that they will be arriving around lunch time and they will call when on the way. The ladies call at 1:06 that they are on the way. I said okay, but they were supposed to be there at 8:30 this morning. They got angry saying that they said no such thing. I responded that the lady at the front desk said 8:30AM. They said fine that they were going to go get a drink and be over. 2 PM rolls around and they still are not there. The ladies accidentally call me and they were being very disrespectful about me and the situation. This is also when they pulled up at the house and they made comments about smoking cigarettes on the property and how junky our construction trash was. When I booked the appointment, I made them aware of it. This is when they decided to send me a text saying the wanted to come in the morning instead because they didn't have enough time to do it. At this point they realized they accidentally called me and hung up. I called them back and told them to leave the property and I will no longer be using there service due to the blatant disrespect. There was no apology, instead they got snappy saying this like we aren't your secretary and it was a private conversation. I again called the business but no answer. Do not let these people into your home. They are disrespectful and have no consideration for your time or money.
