Miss Nikki's Child Care

I provide quality care child in a family oriented setting. I understand the need for positive relationships between families, children and myself in order to accomplish the goals of each child. I follow the High-scope curriculum, which allows a child choices of planned and unplanned play. As a provider, I plan all play and learn activities, execute the activities with the children and review what we have learned from the activities (plan-do-review method). I encourage the independence and exploration of children by providing materials and activities that children can execute with little or no assistance, giving children the confidence to try new things!
