About
For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a teacher. Throughout my life, educators have always been my biggest role models. Being a MyVillage Educator and helping children reach their full potential is the most rewarding career I could have ever thought of having.
My background in education ranges from preschoolers to 18 year-olds. My latest endeavor has been in a clinical setting providing applied behavior analysis to young children with developmental disabilities. I have the ability and knowledge to work with any child.
We have an old schoolhouse set up which utilizes the front part of our home. We have a classroom where children participate in circle time, library and small group instruction. There is an additional area set up with blocks, pretend, art and discovery centers for children to explore and learn.
All children are unique. As a teacher, I will foster a community where each child can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, academically, and socially to reach their full potential as a learner.
