Miss Leann's Chilcare And Preschool

My Group Family Childcare has been in operation for 20 years. We care for children ages 3 mos. to 8 yrs. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Our program provides a positive learning environment. We incorporate social, emotional, intellectual, and physical methods in our curriculum. We are state licensed and certified. We get the children involved in community activities. We provide transportation for before and after school care. Our program provides nutritious meals and snacks. Our program also has a Caterpillar Preschool Class for ages 2 and 3. Our Butterfly Class is for ages 4 and 5. At the end of May we have a preschool graduation ceremony. You can find our business on Facebook which keeps our families updated on events and happenings. Hours of operation are 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mon- Fri. We are closed on major holidays. At Christmas time we have a Christmas carnival. We take the children on outings to the park, swimming lessons, field trips, story time at the library and ect. Our children spend a lot of time outdoors as we have a huge fenced in shaded yard and a shaded screened gazebo allows us to eat outdoors. Our staff is CPR certified and are required to be screened and fingerprinted and have 10 hours of training a year. We have a 30 hour a week minimum.
