About Me:

I am proud to call myself a loving mother, daughter, and friend. I am very down to earth. We all have a purpose and mine is to serve others. I want to spread happiness and make the world a better place. I love to spend time with friends and family, cook, laugh, shop, swim, travel, read, decorate, dance, and much more!

My education began as a major in Computer Science and is ending with a Bachelor s in Business Management. I also have a Human Resources Management certificate.

I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. Playing school was my absolute favorite thing to do. I have been caring for children for over 10 years- babysitting, etc. I am also a mom- what better experience than that!?

I have worked in an Elementary school as a reading intervention teacher. My primary responsibility was to provide additional support to students reading well below expectations for current grade levels. I implemented lessons and instruction on a one on one or small group environment.

My teaching style is very unique. I am a firm believer in loving discipline. Children are precious gifts and need to be loved and nurtured. I give respect and I expect respect in return. I believe that children learn in many different ways, and my goal is to tap into each child s individual needs. I teach responsibility and the importance of community service. I love creative learning. Let s make up a chant or dance to learn our math facts. Reading a book about the Gingerbread Man...Let s make some!

I know how it feels to send your child off with someone else. It can be scary and uncomfortable. I am dedicated to providing your child with the BEST quality care in a safe environment. We are going to learn and have fun at the same time. I believe in teaching good habits at a young age- healthy and active lifestyle. I am going to teach all the skills to prepare your child for the world ahead of them!
