Owner hardly ever came. Sent inadequate employees who were told they were not allowed to communicate with homeowners. They took pictures of my daughter's underwear on her floor and sent them to the owner complaining about it (illegal) instead of just simply asking my daughter to pick it up or asking me to ask her to do it. Employees are not allowed to get on ladders. I asked her employee if she was allowed to get on a step-stool and she said yes. Then, the owner accused me of being dishonest and assaulted my character. I had been a very good customer for at least 2 years, always paid on time and never had an unkind thing to say to any of her employees. Do yourself a favor and call a different cleaning company.
