is to serve families in the community by providing high quality care for their infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k children in a safe, supportive, exciting, and nurturing environment so that they can grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually, and will come to understand that they are created and loved by God.
Our History...
Mini Einstein's Learning Center (MELC) is a Christian-based early learning center that operates in Lynnwood, WA. Owned and operated by Samantha and William Sciacca, MELC began as a small church-based program called Cornerstone Early Learning Center.
In 2013, after 20 years of operation, Cornerstone decided to close its doors. Samantha, seeing the need to continue the program, took over as owner/director. Samantha's vision began through the determination to establish a quality childcare program and offer an open door for families of all backgrounds and beliefs. What started as a three-classroom facility with 30 students and 7 teachers has turned into 14 classrooms with over 150 students and 40 teachers! MELC is now expanding to our final building on our property which will open in Spring 2024 with 9 new classrooms!
