We hired Mimis for a deep clean and set up biweekly cleans as well. The first time she was supposed to come and clean, she cancelled. We were planning on having her come prior to our Christmas party. She couldn't accommodate and scheduled for the following week. The first deep clean was $200 and was poorly done. I was not able to walk through the house while they were here as I have 2 newborns I was caring for, however, when I was able, I noticed several things were not done! They missed an entire section of our house, they didn't clean the guest bathroom, they didn't move the dining room chairs to vacuum under the table, they didn't clean the front of the appliances. I messaged the owner and she said she would make sure everything was done next time they clean (they were supposed to come jan 3). I agree to give them another chance. On Jan 2, I hadn't heard from Dawn and messaged her several times. She notified me that she was in the hospital and that she would have to re-schedule as she didn't have anyone to come and clean (she has employees that came to clean for us for the deep clean). Again, we had company coming and she cancelled. I messaged her several times to ask when they would be coming and she told me I should find other services because she was sick. I understand her being ill but I felt she handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally. If needed, she should've deligated responsibilities to one of her employees. In the end we paid $200 for services we didn't receive!
