Milestones Unlimited is a Geriatric Care Management company that also provides in house counseling/therapy. We go into folks' homes and provide counseling and therapy if they have anxiety, depression, legislative and don't want to come out of their homes. We specialize in dealing with elderly people who have mental illness, depression, anxiety, etc. We also deal with the elderly who have memory impairment and may be forgetful and overwhelmed in their homes or community the person/persons are living in. Thegeriatric care management side to help advocate for the elderly person/persons and their families through the transition of having to move to a community or just need organizational help, paying their bills, making appointments, etc. We also provide transportation to any appointments they may have or any outings the client would like to do under the GCM portion of the company. Our passion is making sure the loved one has the best quality of life as they grow older and are having trouble with their daily tasks they once did not need help with. We also, can be appointed ones guardian if the family would want that for their mother/father. We also, help with the MA health applications if that is needed.…
