In-Home Daycare
4010 Roosevelt, Midland, TX 79703
I offer Postpartum Services to new mothers. Postpartum Services are in-home care for the family that has just had or adopted a baby.
In traditional societies, women grew up around birthing, breastfeeding, babies and children. Women were surrounded by community when they brought their baby home (or birthed their baby at home). They were cared for and supported by many years of baby-raising wisdom. But now, in our ever-increasingly mobile society, many women give birth and take their babies home without support. Postpartum services are a manifestation of traditional postpartum support that many cultures are missing today.
What kind of support is provided in postpartum services?

What Postpartum Care is NOT
It is not evaluating the medical condition of mom or baby
It is not taking over baby care
It is not heavy house cleaning
