The absolute worst. Never recommend. Cindy the owner is a liar. The workers are nasty,rude and lazy. When I first started to use MetroMaid a few years ago they were pretty good. Then as time went by the workers became horrible. They didn't clean properly and keep breaking things. My Microwave, Knick knacks a Tiffany lamp was cracked. Cindy denied any wrongdoing. Her workers are always on the phone hold phone with one hand a badly cleaning with the other. None speak English and are rude when you try to give them instructions. I had recommended my 2 daughters a niece and friends. They all liked her at first but then the shabby work got to them.
MetroMaid broke my daughter's stove and as usual Cindy refused to compensate which resulted in my daughter letting her go.
Last night at 9pm Cindy called my home. I was unable to answer She then texted me and said terrible things about my daughter. She then told me she was NOT COMING TO MY HOUSE ANYMORE. As if I had anything to do with her disagreement with my daughter. Fine I've been looking for someone else anyway because I have been so disappointed with MetroMaid. I don't know if MetroMaid is licensed or not. I don't know if they are insured either. The business has gone completely downhill. Too bad. She has lost 4 regular customers because of her terrible poorly run business practice. I
