Welcome! We provide online, in-home, in-office counseling and geriatric care management support. We specialize in reducing stress and assisting to identify strengths that lead to achieving life-transforming goals through a practice we employ based upon the concept that "Microchange leads to substantive change."

Clients learn how to cultivate insight, lean into and overcome the influences of their histories, challenges causing distress, and how to discover healthy habits of thought that are holistically healing. Additionally, clients learn to form creative "cognitive constructs" that promote an enthusiastic and successful approach to attain the progress they desire in their lives.

In our collaboration, we move at a pace that is right for each client and with eager anticipation of success. Also, clients learn about the Seven Dimensions of Transformational Living (7-DTL), which has been helpful to many clients throughout the years and is a program easily practiced to produce positive changes.
