Melissa's In-home Childcare

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my Childcare! My name is Melissa, I am 37 years old. I am a mother of three very happy children, including a set of nine year old twins and a four year old. I have always had a strong passion for children of all ages. Providing all your care needs for your infant(s) to school-aged children comes very natural for me. I have experience as a Nanny, House-hold Manager, Nanny Agency placement, Lead Pre-school Teacher, babysitting, motherhood, and currently providing childcare out of my own home. Treating each child as if they're my own is probably my best quality. My home is inviting, safe, warm, cozy, clean, and fun for all ages! Keeping the group size small to maintain one on one attention to each child, having open communication with parents at all times, daily routine and structure, healthy habits, and offering flexibility are just some of my high priorities. I provide a daily journal for children under 3 to better help the communication between myself and my working parents. Care hours are 24-7 Mon-Thurs.
