They did a deep clean on the bathroom and did a really excellent job, especially the glass shower doors and getting all of the towel dust removed!! They were on time, courteous and thorough. Would recommend them for your cleaning needs!!

They didn't do the cleaning they were hired to do. They only clean what is convenient and visible. They used melamine sponges on stainless steel and scratched up my dishwasher and sink. It was a terrible job! When I told them they missed a cart in the kitchen, they outright lied and said they did. Its one of the many things I had to do myself after paying hundreds for a deep clean. Very dishonest.

First time they came charged for deep clean which they did. Upon inspection found they used some sort of solvent that took finish off my Kohler( not cheap) fixture. When asked no response. Second attempts they accepted job but never showed up when asked said they had flat tire/ ok come next day. No call No show. SKETCH Y !

I started using Meg's Cleaning Service about 3 months ago on a regular basis. She responds anytime I call or text..a.m or p.m. She works around my schedule. She and her team do an excellent cleaning job. Very reasonably priced which includes her own cleaning supplies, approved through me, and brings all her own cleaning equipment. Very efficient and detailed cleaning throughout my home and always asks to see if I have any different or extra cleaning needs. I highly recommend and will continue to use Meg's Cleaning Services on a regular basis.

WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER! DOES NOT CLEAN THE SURFACE AT ALL WHEN YOU REQUEST A DEEP CLEAN. WILL CLEAN BOTTOM OF YOU TRASH CANS, THE CHROME ON YOUR FACUET, USES A SWIFTER TO DUST NOT FURNITURE POLISH, DOES NOT LIFT UP OBJECTS TO DUST EVERYTHING. SHE DOES NOT SWEEP FLOORS, MOP/WIPE FLOORS, CLEAN TOILETS OR MIRRORS IN BATHROOM (JUST THE BASICS). SO MUCH MORE TO SAY AND ALL OF MY PICTURES OF WHAT SHE LEFT BEHIND. VERY DISAPPOINTED. HOWEVER MEG HAS TIME TO TAKE 158 PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER OF WHAT SHE DID WHEN YOU CONFRONT HER THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY. GIVES YOU THE GO AROUND THAT SHE WILL RECLEAN BUT WHEN YOU ASK SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE NOT USING HER BUT IF YOU WANT TO TRY HER FOR YOURSELF PAY HER BY CHECK INSTEAD OF CASH (CASH IS BY HER REQUEST OF COURSE).
