The Meetcaregivers team pre-screens all potential candidates. Candidates complete aquestionnaire, reference check, background check, and other screening criteria. They then upload a 1-3 minute video that can be viewed by potential employers. You just select your location and the type of care you need, and then review videos of pre-screened candidates. When you have chosen your top candidates, we'll help you set up interviews and handle all of the employment details. We process your payments to the caregivers and help you take care of payroll, taxes, insurance and other details, so you never have to worry.
