If you would like us to use special kinds of cleaning supplies you will need to provide them for us due to us supplying our own cleaning supplies. Rates also may differ if you live in an apartment, mobile home, or a 1 bedroom home. Our estimates vary on how big or small the job will be. Gas rates may apply just depends on the miles. General clean is $25.00 per hour, and Initial clean is $45.00 per hour. Fall Special Offers for One-Time costumers is after your services you asked for we will come back when needed and give you a free general clean. Fall Special Offers for Reoccurring Costumers is after two times of our services your next general clean will be free.
