My mission is to provide my clients with a clear understanding of stress . My goal is to enable my clients to reduce and respond to stress, good or bad appropriately and to create a toolbox to work on their stress.

If you are struggling with your relationships, family , a dead end job, finances and you are stressed out,or maybe you just want to tweak some things in your life ,let me help you pinpoint your stress . I will listen, assess and treat your stress. Together, we will develop a plan to reduce and respond to your stress appropriately.I will help you understand what stress is. Then, we will create a plan about how to reduce stress and respond appropriately to stress (both good and bad) for an optimal outcome. We will talk about the different types of stress and how it affects the body. You will learn different techniques to treat your stress. We will develop a Personal Stress Profile (PSP),and replace bad habits with healthy habits, i.e., eating, exercises, meditation, etc.This will include a full assessment of the family dynamics. I offer guidance and serve as an advocate on your behalf, and as a liaison between you and other public services available to address other issues. I teach Conflict Resolution techniques, along with role play. I will Teach the benefits of setting limits and positive reinforcement techniques. I will create a behavior chart for your child. provide motivational interviewing techniques and positive listening . You will learn time management techniques, team work. How to communicate, keeping it positive, and general parenting skills.
