We pay $300 per clean for our home in Ocean City, Maryland.
After multiple guest complaints we finally decided to do an audit. Sadly we discover gum stuck to the bedroom wall (after mentioning multiple times to have it taken care of) Stains on an expensive new couch, broken furniture and much more neglected areas.
After bringing this to the attention of the owners, they offer to send somebody out for free to handle the services that were not completed. Then the owner had attempted to invoice us for those services (fraud) and now will not return our linens.
Very sad and very unprofessional.
