Some of the laziest maids I've ever had in my home one spent half her time here on her phone the other took 2 1/2 hours cleaning a small kitchen will never have them back

We have used Mayberrys Maid for over two year. Have had nothing but excellent service. They arrive on time and do a great job. Even some extra little things if I ask them. Like tracks in windows and doors.

We had 2 maids in on Tuesday afternoon.
Arrived about twenty minutes till three.
Neither one spoke hardly any english.
They were slow as molasses the whole time. They cleaned fine but moved very slowly. Right away I found the price went up from 120 to 145. Then you charged me for the extra time it took them to finish. Another 35. I've had crews here numerous times and they never failed to finish in two hours or less. $180 Disappointed, please don't send that crew back.

Had a appointment set for 2-4pm. I was called the night before to confirm appointment Then called early morning to confirm appointment again. Then once more time I was called at 1:25 to confirm appointment. Well...they never showed up and finally was called by cleaning crew that they were on the way at 4:30. I declined and it was to late in the day and I needed to make dinner real soon.
So I was disappointed, I was a first time client. Maybe i should of called them 3 times to reconfirm with them. Many other cleaning services to choose from in Vegas.
