Hi! My name is Mary and I am the proud owner and operator of Mary's Little Lambs Daycare. We are located at 1909 S 16th St in South Philadelphia, right off of Broad Street. My daycare is a home based daycare where the greatest care and education for your child will be provided.
With the advantage of being in a home daycare, your child will receive more attention due to smaller group size as opposed to a large group daycare with a ratio of caregiver to child is 1:3.
We offer part-time and full-time enrollment for children 6 months-4 years old and after school programs for children in Kindergarten-2nd grade. During your child's time at Mary's Little Lambs, our goal is to help your child develop fundamental skills while having fun! Some of the things children will learn at Mary's Little Lambs is baby sign language and baby yoga that we adapt to their age and development stage. We will also have exploratory learning in our Science lesson as well as taking nature walks and visiting museums and parks. Not only will your child be playing, they will be learning too.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and worked as a teacher for 2 years. I've also worked at a daycare for 4 years before deciding to open my own. CPR, AED, and First Aid certified; Saturday hours available!
