General cleaning-
Kitchen:
Clean exterior of dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
Clean exterior of refrigerator.
Clean exterior of stove.
Clean and disinfects sinks and counter tops.
Dust window blinds and, baseboards.
General dusting.
Sanitize floors.
Bathrooms:
Cleans all bathtubs, showers, sinks and, toilets.
Cleans all mirrors and, glass doors.
Cleans medicine cabinets.
Cleans exterior of drawers.
Wash and sanitize floors.
Bedrooms, Living rooms and, all other areas:
Vacuum all carpet areas.
Dust window blinds, ledges, and baseboards.
Dust and clean vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
Wash hard floor surfaces.
Vacuum stairs and clean railing.
General dusting.
Clean and dust window blinds and ledges.
Extras:
Wash dishes- $5.
Fold clothes-$10 per load.
Clean interior requested objects- $25.

Packages for Construction Site:
General Cleaning-
Dust any area needed.
Wash and sanitize floors.
Clean out cabinets,tubs, sinks, mirrors and, showers.
Remove stickers and, adhesive paint.
Clean all hard surface floors.
Vacuum all carpet (extra for spot clean/full clean).
Window washing would include removal of stickers, adhesive, paint, and drywall over spray from glass (use a razor blade scraper).
**Wall wash, chandeliers, tall ceiling cleans are extra.
**Final cleaning would normally include the above.
**In some cases, the final cleaning is booked prematurely and there should be an additional charge for a touch up prior to the final walk thru.

Commercial clean:
General cleaning-
Clean restrooms.
Clean sinks and, toilets.
Dispenses trash.
Dry mop and wet mop floors.
Vacuum carpets.
Clean windows.
Refill soap and, paper dispensers (provided by owner).
Wipe down entrance doors.
Clean water fountains.
