Nurse owned Adult Foster Care Home has private rooms with bathroom opened for seniors in need of help with all kinds of care. We are specialized in dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, IVs, trach care, G-tubes and peg-tubes. We are also accepting patients that do not have medical problems.
We offer home cooked meals, and also follow doctor's orders for any kind of diets. Laundry included,rooms furnished with closet, dresser, arm chair and hospital bed, free TV/cable, free internet and private phone line in every room, medication management, range of motion exercises, activities and games.
Above all, we offer a family kind and calm environment, where you will be surrounded by loving people. You will be part of our family.
Martin AFH is a licensed and insured home that takes maximum 4 residents in the home so we can provide one on one care and attention, which will benefit you much more than being in a larger community.
