Grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning may be a challenge for older adults. In-home meal preparation is an easy way to ensure seniors get fresh and wholesome food with the necessary calories, vitamins and minerals they need.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. CALL to arrange a free consultation (remote). I want you to feel confident that I understand your dietary needs and food preferences before we begin. We'll go over any special health and dietary needs as well as look at sample menus and talk about your favorite foods.

2. PAY ONLINE. Select your meals and cook times online. A 50% deposit is required to book a cook date, the remaining fee is paid upon completion of service. Flexible payment options and special pricing are available for repeat customers.

3. COOK DAY. I'll do all the shopping, bring my own equipment, cook and package your meals with reheat instructions, and leave your kitchen spotless before I leave. A you need to do is enjoy a home-cooked meal!

WHAT DOES IT COST?

1. Pricing is $45/h with a three hour minimum + the cost of groceries. Depending on menu items selected (some take longer to prepare), average cost for one week's worth of meals for 1-2 people is $135 + grocery cost.

I can do that to! For $35/hr, I'll provide you with a weekly menu and recipes and do all the shopping.
