IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE LAST 4 WEEKS TO SCHEDULE MY SERVICE THAT I PREPAID FOR. THIS IS AN ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS. YOUR CAL WILL GO TO SOMEONE'S PERSONAL CELL PHONE VOICEMAIL AND ONCE THEY'VE GOTTEN THEIR MONEY FROM YOU, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK OR THE SERVICE THAT YOU PAID FOR. I HAVE HAD TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING COZY MAIDS. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE USING "MARLENE'S CLEANING SERVICE", YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING MONEY DOWN A TOILET THAT WILL NEVER GET CLEANED.
