Hello my name is Marjorie, I am originally from Puerto Rico and moved to the United States about 10 years ago. I met my husband in Miami 6 years ago and together we were recently blessed with a beautiful baby girl. I own and operate my home daycare in Burke, VA. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and when I'm not taking care of children I am working on finishing my Psychology degree focusing on Child/Adolescent Development (one more year). My daycare has a Fairfax county permit and also meets all regulations from the Fairfax Fire Department. I am so passionate and committed to my chosen profession that in April 2014 I made a significant investment to my home, dedicating a large portion of it strictly to my daycare.
I am a very easy going person but at the same time have tons of energy. I take my responsibility of helping other parents raise healthy and happy children very seriously. I will always create a safe and happy environment in my home. I like to build a strong bond and relationship with the children I provide care for and their families. If you are a parent and are looking for a place where your child will be loved, nurtured, and protected, then look no further... my home daycare is where you will want your child to be everyday.
I offer full-time, part-time and after-hours daycare.
Monday-Saturday.
