I raised 5 children and now have great grandchildren - and many who have adopted me as "Gramma Marj". I love kids and the elderly and they love me. I will travel to help you out, however would prefer to do the care in my home. I feel it allows an environment pleasing to all ages. It is clean and spacious. Plus my mascot minature schnauzer helps with the entertainment of all.
