About the business
Studies have shown that women who have social support during the postpartum period tend to have less postpartum depression, breastfeed for a longer duration, and make a better adjustment to parenthood. My Services include: Breastfeeding and/or bottle stations preparation, snack and drink preparation, errand running, light house cleaning, mommy and baby laundry, meal preparation, infant bath help, breastfeeding support and any other needs specific to the client.
I believe that exercise and fitness is critical during the perinatal period. Regular exercise before, during and after pregnancy will aide in being a healthy mom. Being a healthy mom is what I believe is the foundation of bonding and having a successful positive relationship with baby. I will travel to client's home or client can come to me. These workouts are pregnancy and postpartum specific to help mom get back in shape and feeling great!
