I am a SAHM for the past 2 1/2 years. I've enjoyed every minute of it, but noticed my youngest needing friends his age to interact with. I started day caring in Alaska, and have continued since moving back to Arizona. My family likes to get out and stay busy, so I only take on enough kids to fill my vehicle (this is including with my children as well), which allows me two kids right now. I love my daycare kids like my own and treat everyone the same, we don't play favorites in my house and everyone gets one on one time! I have a home full of toys and disney movies, surrounded by parks and greenbelts. There's always lots of ABC 123 practice in our house (my 5 yo is currently learning to read and write all 50 states).
Specifically about me: I'm a 28 yo mom of 3.5 (expecting in Aug). Prior to becoming a SAHM I worked for a cardiologist office, and before that a chiropractor and Scottsdale Osborne. I loved the medical field, but through a twist of fate met a wonderful man who has made it possible to stay home and be there for our kids. While I would love to return to the medical field someday, for now I am happy raising baby geniuses! I keep myself busy with every craft under the sun and teach involve my kids as often as possible.
I am available Mon-Fri 6:30am-5:30pm. I can provide school transport to/from with Tarwater Elementary. I ask that my parents bring food and a change of clothes, as well as provide a car seat/booster for their child. I'm fine working with breastmilk and cloth diapers.
