Currently approved under the Family, Friends and Neighbor Emergency Childcare Provider through CYFD. Experienced childcare provider for more than 11 yrs. and experienced working with children with disabilities/special needs. I have 2 children and 4 younger brothers. I've worked at the New Mexico School for the Deaf, an early Intervention center and the New Mexico School for the Blind. Im trilingual, i speak fluent Spanish and i'm fluent in American Sign Language. CPR & First Aid certified and im following CYFD required regulations for residential daycares. There are daily schedules, weekly menus & activities and monthly themes. I'm very much inspired by the Maria Montessori approach and the Reggio Emila approach. I love art and crafts but i would really love to welcome other children to come play with my Malachi to learn and grow together. (I forgot to mention in the video that we will be having story time and would encourage parents to bring their child's favorite book to share since libraries are still closed.)
