Over the years, all the hard work and dedication to quality at affordable prices helped me to be a proud owner of a small cleaning service business. Finding a reliable cleaning company can be a very frustrating experience, and many people are concerned by the idea of strangers entering their homes. I understand that. First, I found them via "Maids for Hire". I sent a detailed list of what needed to be down. I was told it would a specific price and would take 3 hours. About 2 hours into the job, the owner contacts me and said they would need to stay longer and I must pay an additional $200 in order for them to stay. This after they already began and having them stop would result in a bigger mess. As for the cleaning, they did an "okay" job.

If you want a dusty and dirty house for $250 then hire them; otherwise I would look for someone else. They claim that "Our spring cleaning package is an extensive deep clean designed to thoroughly clean your home from top to bottom." Does a deep clean mean you leave dirty window sills? Does this mean you leave the house dusty? I asked specifically if they cleaned the ceiling fans in the house and pointed to the ceiling fans and the answer was yes. But when I checked, it was still dusty and dirty. There are 8 windows in the house and they were NOT CLEAN. 4 ladies came to clean a small house for 1 hour. They said on the website that the spring cleaning would equal 6 hours of cleaning. NO WAY. I could've done it myself and done a better job. The entire house was still dusty and dirty. They couldn't wait to get out of here after being 2 HOURS LATE. They just pushed the dust around and left it all in the corners. They also almost broke my fridge because they were rushing and didn't put the shelf back in. There was cleaning solution left in puddles in the fridge. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
