Sadly I had an extremely horrible experience with them. We had a rental that was empty. I went the day the renter was getting the last of her stuff out of her bedroom. I helped get some stuff. I had swept the bedrooms just getting wrappers etc. There was nothing left in those rooms. I paid for a "DEEP CLEAN" $660! I was messaged by Elizabeth Evans that they were done and I was surprised. She said the girls had run across some roaches and were freaked out and she had to take some others over to finish up. She stated that they had done 15 hours of cleaning. She said they said the house was infested. I told her I had been there that very day sweeping and helping the renter and hadn't run across any and so possibly the renter had accidentally brought some in with her moving boxes. She said that was possible. Never was I reached out to and told "If we find a roach we can't do a deep cleaning" There was nothing communicated in any way. We were out of town at a doc appointment. I got to the house two days after and I was extremely disappointed. I immediately messaged Elizabeth and sent pictures of what had not been cleaned. It was not deep cleaned NOR was it lightly cleaned. The mirrors had not been cleaned, there were cobwebs left in corners, there was dirt behind doors that had never been swept, the hall closets had dirt that hadn't been swept out. The toilet had not been wiped down, the medicine cabinet had not been wiped out. The stove had food down the side, the shelves in the kitchen weren't wiped down, beside the fridge there were wrappers and dirt that had not been swept. All she kept saying was the house was infested with roaches. I told her to come and meet me and she would not. She said they couldn't do a deep clean because of the roaches but then proceeded to charge me for a deep clean. She offered to have them come clean for an hour on that Monday..... yeah right. I had to have it cleaned for pics before then. I cleaned it. My husband and I saw no roaches the day we were there but we went ahead and set off a bomb just in case. The next day we saw 1dead adult and 2 dead babies. That was it. We had a realtor and another person in the house as well. I asked for a hefty refund and she refused. She would not deal with any of the issues I showed her. If the house had been infested we certainly wouldn't have had someone come clean before we dealt with that issue. I have been in business since a young adult and this is no way to run a business. She finally agreed to come with her six cleaners and meet at the house but they didn't show up. Next move is small claims court since she refused any sort of refund.
