One time cleaning, first time and maintenance cleaning , weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning are available. One time and first time cleanings are generally more of a detailed cleaning and/or can be worked in on regular maintenance cleaning as agreed.
Maintenance include kitchen surfaces, dishes placed in dish washer or hand washing of same day dishes, sink and faucet cleaned, stove tops, toaster and toaster oven de-crumbed, refrigerator front and top clean, Microwave clean in and out.
Bathrooms are disinfected and include toilet, shower and/or tub, mirrors.
Bedrooms and living spaces are dusted/polished, beds made up.
All rooms ceiling webs cleared, trash cans relined, floors vacuumed and moped, prominent window markings are cleaned.
Other services provided are window, oven, refrigerator, ceiling fans or lights and bed linen change and organizing. Anything else just ask :)
Morning and afternoon cleaning is available
24 hour cancellation is needed
Please reschedule in advance if the flow of cleaning will be interrupted; power outage, plumbing problem , sickness , guests, natural disaster etc.
Other considerations in pricing are pets, family size, size of home and life style, such as frequent visitors, entertaining or business.
