M&S Nanny Agency consists of an elite team of expert professionals that are trained in identifying qualified, trustworthy and dependable caregivers. Our main responsibility in finding the right care giver for each family consist of interviewing each candidate and making sure that these nannies complete a background check, have a clean drivers license and the compassion it takes to care for another's child like their own. After a complete series of steps, our company matches a few nannies that meet the families criteria and send these qualified candidates to the families home for an interview. Upon request of the family the chosen nannies will then trial with each family until the family chooses the right caregiver for their family.
