35 Mins late (not a big) stated(with confidence) service would be 2-3 hours tops.
Spent 45 min in the guest bathroom no one uses. wanted to vomit when he scrubbed my toilet cleaned the bathroom then attempted to clean my kitchen.
Almost 4 hours later my shower was never touched. My kids rooms never touched, kids bathroom never touched. The vacuuming was horrible. My estimate was to include shutters, baseboards, ceiling fans, and house cleaning.
Gentlemen stated he didnt know I wanted shutters done asked if everything was okay.
In my mind I'm like @%^@! NO. I smiled to keep from nutting up.
If you want your house cleaned DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they dont do windows, mirrors, countertops, dusting, stairs, vacuuming.
I wanted to surprise my husband after a business trip and when he came home he says I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA SPRING CLEAN THE HOUSE ? I replied I'm going to start right now.
I reached out to the company via the number that was used to say they were going to be late and received no response.
I spent 5 hours cleaning up after the PROFESSIONAL cleaner left.
