After becoming a grandparent for the first time, and knowing that I had a special calling after surviving the WTC on 9-11... I discovered that taking care of children is my calling! I have taken all the classes as required by the DCF, including CPR and Early Childhood Literacy. Starting on Monday, October 16, 2017, your child would delight in a day full of lots of interaction, caring, singing, playing, make-believe, reading, learning and laughing. I have begun the application for licensure and hoping that it will be completed by October. In the meantime, if you need me to babysit during evenings and/or weekends (since I still have a full-time job during the day), please contact me. My rate is $10 per hour at my house (M-Th evenings 5:30 PM-10:30 pm). At my house rate on Fri., Sat. & Sun is $20 per hour.. If I have to go to your house, then it's $20 per hour everyday. Please note, once the Family Day Care opens in October, these rates do not apply. There is a different rate sheet for Family Day Care.
