Before you take on a DEEP CLEANING JOB where you have been advised that the property has been unoccupied for three years, you should go out and assess so that you can give an accurate quote of how much time it will take before you accept the job and if you cannot handle the job, you should decline it. What you should not do is, accept the job, do a half-a%# job and then expect to get paid for a full job. What you should not do is use the excuse that "your house was really dirty" well damn isn't that what I hired your cleaning service for, TO CLEAN THE DIRTY HOUSE? What you should not do is say that you have completed the job but when the homeowner does a walk-through and wipes her fingers across the top of refrigerator that you claim you cleaned, her fingers come back black, or the dog hair is in the same place it was when you started the job, or the fixtures, appliances and ceiling fans were are in the same condition... Oh, and I left out the part where I found on my garage floor, a trash bag that was leaking - your people had emptied the contents of the freezer which included expired fish and other food items and unbeknownst to me left that bag full of expired fish and other food on the garage floor and the only reason I found it was because it was leaking. Had I not found it, it would have stayed there until the next week when I returned which would have been bugs and a foul odor all over my garage! SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU! Integrity is not what you do when people are looking, it's what you do when they're not looking. I could go on and on and on about the multiple deficiencies, but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. These are just a few of the areas that they failed to clean but claim they did clean! I ended up having to hire someone else to redo the cleaning!
