Took my 3yr old Pug for a bath, de-shed shampoo and brush......they also did his nails. He LOVED it and had a great time. They are loving and very kind to the furbabies in their care. My daughter-n-law takes their 12 yr old lab there also. She recommend LUCKY PAWS to me and I am so happy she did. Our other PUGGY will soon make his first visit. They are WONDERFUL! Thank you ladies

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I took my two dogs, a Collie and a Sheltie to this groomer for the first time two days ago, and the dogs I got back look nothing like the dogs I dropped off. I explained to the groomer when I called that my Sheltie was in pretty good shape, but that my Collie would need a bit of work as her coat had gotten a little heavy over the summer. Never once did the groomer say to me on the phone that she might choose to shave my dogs. NOT A WORD. My husband dropped them off, and the person who he left them with never mentioned to him that they might come back to me shaved. When he brought my dogs home, I was HORRIFIED by what I saw. They had shaved my Collie TO THE SKIN from the head down. There are also abrasions on her elbows. My Sheltie fared slightly better, only getting a very short clipper cut, however they shaved his butt completely bare (which looks terrible). Additionally, they charged $130 for this service (my husband picked them up, assumed I had authorized this and paid that amount). When I called to complain, they had the audacity to tell me that it was standard to charge $130 to shave a dog (including a bath... for what hair?), and that somehow I had authorized this to happen. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!
