Luceritos Family Daycare

We offer full time care for infants/toddlers 4 months to 5 years old. Apart from care and safety, we offer lessons in English and Spanish to develop the children. They are taught the alphabet, numbers, colors, basic vocabulary and basic writing. We also do potty training and teach them to hold a spoon and eat.
As much as we believe in learning, we believe in fun and love. The children have plenty of time for free play inside and outside. We also will not let babies "cry themselves to sleep". We believe in overloading with love since the need affection while they are away from their parents. We also believe in soft discipline, meaning that babies should not be punished if they don't fully understand their actions. However, if they are aggressive, we explain that it's not correct and ask them to sit in a chair in the corner for a couple of minutes. No long term or harsh punishment.
