The Lower Bucks Family YMCA is a Keystone STARS and DPW licensed child care site looking for several highly qualified staff. Afternoon shifts are available for staff with Associates or Bachelor's Degrees in Early Childhood Education or staff currently enrolled in college who have completed 15-18 credits in ECE. Will consider Infant/Toddler CDA, Preschool CDA, or School Age Credential. persons in this position must be able to display sound judgment and decision making skills. Must be observant, patient, safety conscious and be able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency situation. Must have ability to stay alert to potential safety problems. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to relate to both children and adults in a positive, but firm manner. Only qualified applicants need apply.
