Most of the staff at Loving Touch are caring, professional, and attentive. I cannot say the same for Dr. Constantine, who seemed either completely negligent or too busy to care about my concerns for our recently adopted dog. It was not until I asked for my dog's records to get a second opinion that she bothered to look into our dog having three positive antigen tests for heartworm within 5 months. She was fine with having her wait to get tested again a year from now. Thankfully I did get that second opinion and they immediately put her on treatment.

If your dog has tested positive on a heartworm antigen test, you should get them tested again. Apparently Dr. Constantine is not up to date on "current literature."

I was extremely happy with the services. I felt like the staff understood the needs I had for my girl. I was very happy to hear and see that they were not just in it for money they are there for our furry family member.

I was very well pleased with my two visits at LTAC. They have a well trained and friendly staff. I'll be sure to see them whenever my pet needs a loving touch.
