Loving Kids

I am operating a Preschool Home Daycare which runs for 24 hours including National holidays and weekends. I create a learning environment for kids ages from six weeks to 13 years. We have mixed cultural children and parents are encouraged to participate in the curriculum activities of the program.
My responsibilities include;
-providing quality care and safety
-preparing kids for formal school
-preparing nutritional meals daily
-introducing and teaching creativity
-working with parents as partners
-working with special kids
- provide counseling to parents if needed
- helping kids with home assignment.
- provides before and after school activities
-reading to kids
-introducing the use of library
-disciplining
-creating a second home where kids are accepted unconditionally
