About
We are the last house on a dead end road, (West N Street in Springfield) with a huge fully fenced yard that is a short walk to an elementary school playground. Our home is a snug, little bungalow, with lots of books, toys, and arts and crafts. We are a multi-generational family, with my father (Pop-Pop as he is commonly known), myself, my husband, and our 3 year old son loving life together. There is also a child-loving dog and 2 cats who call this place home.
There are learning opportunities in every day experiences, and I strive to bring these to light for my son. Whether we are outside identifying plants and animals in our yard, talking out intense emotions, counting blocks as we build with them, or having an impromptu dance party, I love keeping young minds active and interested. Watching children learn is one of life's greatest joys for me.
Healthy, clean nutrition is very important for growing bodies, so the majority of what I serve is organic whole foods. Breakfast can be offered depending on your child's arrival, and lunch and snack-times offered every day. Filtered water will always be available to drink, with milk, coconut water, and juice making appearances around meal/snacktimes.
