Loving Hearts Homecare & Nurse Advocate Services was established as an LLC Limited Liability Company in 2018; located just steps from City Hall on Main Street in Historic College Park, Ga and we are the community's answer to the ever growing concern and questions:
How do I care for my aging or disabled loved one and work?
Who can I trust to treat my loved one with the dignity and respect they deserve?

Loving Hearts is theanswer - Our mission is to Keep Families Together by Providing Family Focused Care. We believe this is achieved by Strengthening, Nurturing, and Empowering the Mind, Body, and Spirit of our clients in the comfort and safety of home. This holistic approach to care allows us to customize a care plan and service plan tailored to the needs of our clients and their family. Shortening their hospital stays which will lessen the chances of hospital borne infections and hospital readmission, It lays the foundation to customize a plan of care that addresses the skilled nursing needs, personal care needs and homemaker needs of our clients in the comfort of wherever they call home. Our Personal Care Aides, Administrative Team Members and our Nursing Team all receive additional training, backed and certified as an (Associate Member of the NCCDP National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners) and by (In The Know Caregiver Training). Our training model is exclusive to the Loving Hearts Standard of Excellence and in accordance with the Georgia Department of Community Health. Our Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse team collaborates with our Consulting Pharmacist to ensure the best communication when partnering with the client's medical providers.
