I spoke with the owner, Jeff and made an appointment for my disabled sister. They were supposed to pick her up at my mom's house at 10:30am, escort her to her lab appointment, then bring her home. On the same day, around 8:30am, they called my mom and told her they couldn't make it. Who does that??? I should have been suspicious since they didn't require too much information to make the appointment. Any how, I had to take off work at the last minute, drive across town (30 minutes) to take her because of this.

Loving Companions has been nothing short of wonderful to and for our entire family. We hired Loving Companions to care for my mother and they have been taking care of all mom's needs flawlessly, with dignity and respect, for the past several years. My sisters and I feel so blessed by the care and support that Mom's caregiver has also shown dad, purely out of the kindness of her heart. We are so impressed by all of the Loving Companions staff. The caregivers, care managers, office staff, and everyone we have been in contact with are kindhearted, always available and easy to work with. We could not have picked a better home care agency for mom!
