Ameera Henry is a certified Yoga teacher, culinary student and a lover of life. It was her passion for health and wellness that led her to pursue yoga teacher training, in February of 2016, at the Yoga Institute with Lex Gillan. With her culinary training from, Escoffier Online International Culinary Academy, she is excited to offer services that will help her community learn how to live their healthiest lives possible, through fitness and food!
