Best grooming shop I have ever been to. Karen is very experienced and kind. Andrew and Danielle were always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

karen is one of the best groomers I've ever met in my life she was taking such good care of my dog for 8 years and we became very good friends. Her son is the worst thing that ever happened to her and when he joined the business I had an appointment with my dog and my two cats. Out of no where he threw my belongings across the room yelled and screamed at me throwing me out of the store approached me as if he was going to physically attack me i phoned the police my animals were brought to me and I was told there will be no services for my animals today, the relationship between karen and I was our relationship that had nothing to do with him so needless to say she is beyond great but her son is nothing but bad news so never get on his bad side but as i said she's a great groomer. he actually didn't even care that i had a doctors appointment and I had to leave my cats and dog and a hot car during a heat wave. I think he is evil and I wish she never let him into her business because we would have still been friends if he wasn't around and he's also told her that he wants to take a baseball bat to her husband's head when he gets upset and he told her that she doesn't realize how close he is to doing that. The truth is ugly. Sorry but everyone needs to hat type of person he truly is. his is not a good kid hes scary watch out his name is Andrew his girlfriend Danielle is an angel as is Karen so how he got in the mix I don't know I only say this to watch your back around the kid the boy. He is not a man. Andrew is scary don't get all the bad side that's it.
